Barbie Birthday Cake

This was a birthday cake that I did for a six year old girl. It was a vanilla cake with butter cream frosting and purple royal icing flowers. The Barbie had a fondant top with butter cream flowers on the front. This cake was great fun to do and I'm sure one of my girls will want one in the future!

Castle Cake

This is a birthday cake that I did for my cousin. What fun!! It was a slab cake that had a castle on top. The castle was made out of cake and covered in marshmallow fondant. The figures I found at the dollar store... Oh how I love that place!!

Mulan Birthday Cake

This is a birthday cake that I also just finished. This is a butter pecan cake that is covered in buttercream icing. This image was star tipped. This cake should serve around 50-55 people. It is a single layer with no filling.

Baby Shower Cake

This is a baby shower cake that I just completed! It was a chocolate and white layered cake, covered in homemade marshmallow fondant. Yes, I found a recipe for fondant that actually tastes really good! It is very sweet though. The babies are also made out of fondant.
