This cake was for a little boys third birthday. It was a white cake with mixed berry filling. It was covered in buttercream. I love all the neat little vehicles and think it would suit many little boy's birthday parties! It was a fair amount of work but worth it!

Last but not least it was topped off with chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate decorations. What a fun cake to make. I'm just sad I didn't get to taste it! Happy Birthday Kathryn!

My Latest Creation

This is a birthday cake that I just completed! It is my favourite cake to date! It was a lot of fun to do. I was really able to use my imagination on this cake. The background on this cake was sprayed with color and the characters were done in a star tip. My favourite part was all the leaves on the trees. It took awhile to make all those colors, but it was worth it!

Baptism Cake

This cake is one of my favourites. Probably because it tasted really good. This is the biggest cake that I have made to date. It was actually a little scary. I think it weighed over thirty pounds! I know it weighed more than my toddler. It was for my nephews baptism. It was a white slab cake with strawberry whipped cream filling and a cream cheese icing. The icing was made with over over twelve cups of icing sugar! The white lilies and small flowers were made out of royal icing. It also had a basket weave along the sides. I think this cake served around 100 people and not a crumb was left!
