This cake was a lot of fun to do. I was excited because I had never done a cake before. This was a chocolate cake with vanilla filling. It was decorated with butterscotch butter cream. VERY blue butter cream!!!! These were very intense colors and I am sure that more than a few guests had some blue teeth! The team logo was added on the side. This was a frozen butter cream transfer.
